微明 Mei Ming 微明 Mei Ming, born to a Hong Kongese mother in a human breeding center, was one of the few babies that got to stay with his mother after birth. He was slightly premature and needed the antibodies from his mother’s milk to keep healthy. Even though she was forced to have him, she loved Mei Ming with all her heart. Often she would sing in Cantonese to her baby, gently stroking his face as he held him close for warmth.황혼 Hwang Hon Once Mei Ming was healthy enough, he was taken from his mother and given a new name, a name that fit in with the country that he was born into. 황혼 Hwang Hon is what the orphanage calls him, though his original name, Mei Ming still stays on his original birth certificate, Hwang Hon is added to the copy.
혼니 Honnie Often in Korean the suffix ~ie is added to children’s names affectionately. Hon becomes Honnie to his teachers during their studies. He’s quick to pick up multiple languages, Korean, English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. He’s slightly above average in subjects like science and math, but above average in history and art. He takes a real liking to history, loving to be able to talk about the past and debate how it can shape the future with his fellow orphans and teachers.It’s not till he gets older that his studies shift from the mind to the body. With the mind already shaped it’s time to show the companion how to poise his body, how to take care of himself so that his skin is clear, how to dress properly to make a good impression, how to use makeup and style his hair. These were all things that Honnie was good at, but these things did not peak his interest like his educational studies did. Nevertheless he made sure to keep up with these new studies as appearance is something that the adults held in high value. It wasn’t until he reached the age of eighteen that he knew why it was so important.헌니 Honey He would introduce himself to the men as Honnie, but they always ended up calling him “Honey” and soon that was just the name he adapted to. Somehow it made it less personal on his end, after all he was a companion, made to be eye-candy to whatever Master or Mistress that fancied him. He was good at it too, knowing how to behave, how to talk eloquently, and how to participate in intellectual conversation. Honey was one of the top graduates of companion schooling and so with all his training and knowledge he was finally put up in the slave auction for Master and Mistresses.While he waits to be chosen, Honey now must live on his own, and to do so he needs money for food and shelter. He finds a job in Solabelle Fashion as a sales person in the accessories department. He’s particularly good at selling jewelry as he’s able to memorize all the information about the precious stones, the gold or silver, where everything is sourced from, it makes him very good at what he does. One might say that he’s even the best salesperson in his department, but he doesn’t like to brag.It does catch the attention of certain Masters and Mistresses who want to test run the companion, paying him to attend an event with them, oftentimes going home with them for the night. He makes the perfect date as most companions do, but he wasn’t able to catch the attention of anyone specifically for a buy until the owner of Solabelle comes in as a secret shopper and he happens to impress her with his knowledge of the products they sell and how personable he is with the customers, making them feel right at home in the middle of a department store.It’s an interesting change, he always thought that he would be owned by a Master, after all he was trained to best service men, but this Mistress is not like that. She doesn’t want that sort of service from him and it’s confusing to say the least, to be doted on for your looks and looks only without wanting something in return. It’s an adjustment that he’ll happily take.estienne it all started one night with what seemed like a random meeting. honey had been working past his normal shift and although he rushed to his favorite smoothie place, he was unable to make it there before the doors closed for the night. left without his dinner of choice he felt dejected and a little upset as he's been looking forward to the green smoothie all day. Seemingly out of nowhere a night in shining armor makes their way over and asks about the big sigh that honey gave, one that sounded as if the world was ending. it's then the two start talking and building upon a new friendship, one that ends the night in bellies filled with pasta and in Honey having to sneak back into Ms. Solaria's home as he's past curfew.Come the next auction someone was brave enough to bid against Solaria Jezebel Kim when it came to her slave. They ended up winning and somehow keeping their life. Jajung Kang was Honey's new master, and a familiar face. he had met the man in an alleyway as they saved a pair of kittens, tuna and Anchovy. their master and slave relationship did not last very long as Ms. Solaria had him back after two weeks. what honey never understood is why jajung tried to take him away from her. he never told the human the full reason. He told honey that he was his guardian angel and here to protect him, what he left out was who he was protecting him from, a dark witch at the auction house that seemed to take a twisted sort of interest in the human.moving back and forth between Ms. Solaria and jajung was exhausting, but he's happy that the two of them seemed to come to some sort of agreement which left the angel alive and honey back in the care of his mistress. Life was going by as usual before estienne popped into his life again. this time at work. the dark witch pretended to need the human's help in picking out various goods all while getting to know the human better. it was when honey mentioned his hobby of rock climbing did the man's eyes get wide and his smile a bit more crooked. highly interested in honey's choice of exercise the two of them make it an official date to go rock climbing the next time honey is free from work.everything from there happens so fast he's going over all the safety precautions of rock climbing and estienne seems to look rather impatient. Honey just takes it at the other is excited to try rock climbing, taking in their beginner skill he charts a rather short climb that's not too high, something he's done many times before and can help the other with. Everything seems to be going smoothly and both of them reach the top within an hour. Honey is ready to celebrate with estienne when suddenly instead of a hug he feels the other push him. eyes going wide with shock and disbelief honey doesn't have any time to try and balance himself and suddenly he's flying through the air traveling down, fast.He feels the impact and a crack from multiple places in his body. his head, his back, his hips. adrenaline rushing with a mix of shock is what's keeping him from feeling the pain of nearing death. his breaths are shallow and his vision is blurring, black creeping up around the edges. the last thing honey remembers seeing is estienne standing over him with a devilish smile on his lips.as if it was all a dream, honey's eyes blink open and everything looks brighter, more colorful. It almost hurts to look at everything. feeling rather groggy he goes to groan, but the sound that comes out of his mouth is foreign and frightening, it sounded like... a caw. panic starts to take over and he goes to move his arms only to feel wind moving between feathers. looking down he sees claws for feet and everything around the room, the sizes are off, why does everything look so big. freaking out he starts cawing and flying in circles, honey was no longer honey, he was some sort of winged bird.suddenly he feels a hand strike him down from his panic flight and as he hits the ground he transforms back into his human form. it all comes rushing back to him, the rock climbing the fall. estienne. looking up at the dark witch his features seem to change, there's a wickedness that coats his smile and a cruelness he never saw in the man before. honey would just be getting used to how cruel the man could be. now that he had his hands wrapped around the now corvus, he never planned on letting go.honey doesn't know how long he's been with the dark witch, but it feels like centuries. the abuse keeps on getting worse, estienne isn't happy with how slowly honey is adjusting to his new life as a corvus. often he keeps the bird locked up in a cage whenever he's upset, knowing exactly that honey is claustrophobic. when he's not locking the bird away he's swatting it down from flight, plucking at feathers, taunting them with the fact that they will never be free from his control. that was until jajung came to his rescue.estienne wasn't going to let honey go so easily, after all honey was his, his familiar, his property, his to do as he pleases with. trapped in the cage honey can only watch as the two fight. knowing that his fight could only go one way, estienne reaches for a knife and uses it to stab jajung in the kidney. honey is squawking and flapping his wings in dismay, he never wanted the angel to get hurt. there seems to be a switch in the look the man gives him because instead of taking defeat he takes the knife out with the last of his strength and uses it against the dark witch, stabbing him right in the heart.it was a shock to everyone as jajung had looked like he would fall to his wounds any moment. estienne drops to his knees and hands go around the knife, but it's too late for him, the light fades from his eyes and that was the end. jajung who is barely hanging on makes it to the cage to let honey go before he too falls to the ground. honey holds the guardian angel in their last moments, sobbing over jajung as he sooth's his hair away from his face. he keeps soothing the man promising everything will be okay long after his eyes lose all the life in them.
